11. In-App Purchases and Virtual Economy

Miti offers optional paid features through the Apple App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms in this section in addition to Apple's own Terms of Sale.

Available purchases. You may purchase:

Pricing and billing. All prices are displayed in your local currency as determined by the App Store and may vary by region. Your payment method on file with Apple will be charged upon purchase confirmation. We have no access to your payment card or billing details.

Auto-renewable subscriptions. VIP subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.

No real-world value. Virtual Coins and other in-app entitlements are digital items that exist solely within Miti. They have no monetary value, cannot be transferred to another user or account, cannot be redeemed for cash or any goods or services outside the app, and do not constitute property.

Consumables are non-refundable. Coin packs are consumable items. Once a Coin pack is purchased and credited to your account, it is considered consumed and is generally not eligible for a refund. VIP subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly through the App Store.

Entitlement delivery. In-app entitlements (VIP status or Coins) are credited to your account after Apple confirms a successful transaction. If you experience a delivery issue, you may use the Restore Purchases feature in the app settings or contact us at putri_rahmadhani@outlook.com.

Service changes. We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or discontinue virtual items, pricing, or in-app economy features at any time. We will not retroactively remove Coins or VIP time already granted to your account for completed purchases, but we make no guarantee that specific features or items will remain available indefinitely.

12. Termination

You may stop using Miti at any time and may request account deletion through in-app settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions) will survive.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY MANDATORY LAW IN YOUR JURISDICTION.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

16. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify features or these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms with a new effective date. Material changes may be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Miti, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us first. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts or arbitration forum permitted by applicable law, unless you have a statutory right to bring claims in your local courts.

18. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer.
